Germain-Saincrit vignerons : Chateau Charron 沙虹酒堡

Winegrowers for six generations, the GERMAIN family has found its true raison d'etre in the cultivations of vines and the fermentation, ageing and marketing of wines.
In the late 19th century, Vincent SAINCRIT, maternal great-grandfather of Bernard GERMAIN, consolidat e d the foundations of the family. He handed down the memory of a man who was passionate, demanding and a perfectionist. From his original trade as a miller, this very great winegrower retained his love of the land, the terroirs and their characteristics. He cultivated vines with energy and passion, never hestitating to espouse new ideas an behalf of a wine of quality. He instilled deeply the GERMAIN family a spirit and know-how that was respectful of traditions.

GERMAIN 這個家族從事釀酒工作已有六代之久了。他們本就是為了「葡萄」這個行業而存在，耕種葡萄藤、發酵、釀酒及買賣葡萄酒…等。

十九世紀晚期， Bernard Germain 的外曾祖父 Vincent Saincrit 整合了家族的資產。他也將個人應該熱情、自我要求以及追求完美的精神流傳了下來。打從一開始從事磨坊這個行業，這個優秀的釀酒師就維持著對這片土地的熱愛，小心保存著特有的風土條件及特色，他總是用活力與熱情照料著它這片葡萄藤，對於釀造好品質的酒有幫助的新想法，他總是毫不遲疑的去實施。他逐漸建立起 GERMAIN 的家族精神，以及受尊敬的知識性傳統。

如今 Germain- Saincrit 擁有 7 個位於波爾多和羅亞爾河的酒堡 。歐利文在 2007 年的波爾多舉辦的 國際葡萄酒暨烈酒展 ( Vinexpo) 選了其中 1 個酒堡的紅酒 Chateau Charron 。
